Browse our website, select your desired items, choose the product, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete payment to confirm your order.

3. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders and access exclusive offers.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on select pin codes.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD on most orders. However, availability may vary depending on your location.

6. What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. A nominal charge may apply on COD or orders below the minimum value.

7. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

8. How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the tracking link. You can also log in to your account to check the status.

9. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer easy returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items. Visit our Returns page to initiate a request.

10. Are returns free?

Returns are free for damaged or defective products. For other returns, a reverse shipping fee of ₹[amount] may apply.

11. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
