Exchange is allowed within 48 hours of receiving the product.

You can request an exchange in the following cases:

If the product is defective or damaged.

If you simply do not like the product, you may exchange it for another item from our store.

The product must be:

Unused and in original condition.

With all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

Returns are only accepted in case of a defective or damaged product.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear images showing the defect.

Once approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, as per your preference.

Please note: Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
